Shipping & Payment Policy


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days but shipped depending on your shipping method (standard/express). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.


Shipping Time (Within India)

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to weather, national holidays, or courier partner issues. We will keep you informed via SMS/email.


Shipping Charges

  • Above ₹300Free Shipping Available (standard shipping)
  • Below ₹2000 → ₹50 – ₹300 (depending on location)
  • Above ₹2000 → Updated in real time

Payment Options (India)

We offer multiple payment methods designed for Indian customers:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available across most pin codes in India unless your pincode has been blacklisted for high returns.
  • Additional COD fee of ₹40 per order may be charged depending on the order amount.
  • Pay only when you receive the product.
  • Please keep exact amount ready for delivery partner (change may not be available).

2. Online Payment (Prepaid)

  • Credit Card / Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay, BHIM)
  • Net Banking (All major banks: SBI, HDFC, ICICI, etc.)
  • Mobile Wallets (Paytm, Freecharge, etc.)

Taxes & Duties (India)

  • GST (Goods and Services Tax) is already included in the product price.
  • You will receive a GST invoice with your order (useful for business claims).
  • No hidden customs charges for deliveries within India.
  • For international orders (outside India): customs duties are not included and must be paid by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

  • Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery partner (change may not be available).
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner will attempt 2 more deliveries.
  • After 3 failed attempts, the order will be canceled and returned to us.
  • COD orders that are refused without valid reason may be subject to future COD restrictions.

Order Cancellation & Returns (India)

  • You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it (before shipment) – no charges applied.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You will need to refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (terms apply – see Refund Policy).
